Authenic Seaside Village At The End Of The Road

 The unique setting of this fishing village turned holiday destination, allows you the pleasure of enjoying stunning views while browsing through art galleries, artisan shops, star-rated restaurants, surf shops and west coast apparel stores. The town centre is approx. 3 km north of Tofino Hideaway and a leisurely stroll down the peaceful, multi-use path. A post office, bank, pharmacy, hardware and grocery store are centrally situated in this friendly town. Tofino is home to numerous fishing  and whale watching charters, hot springs and nature tours, as well as surf and kayaking schools. There is also the opportunity for golfing, as well as boat and float plane tours of Clayoquot Sound, Hot Springs Cove, and Meares Island.  Adventure awaits for all ages in Tofino. The highlight of this magnificent area are many beaches to enjoy in and around Tofino. Tofino Hideaway is a 10 minute walk from Mackenzie Beach and Chesterman Beach is also close by. As well, there are numerous stunning beaches in Pacific Rim National Park (10 minute drive south).


Mackenzie and Chestermans  A short 8 minute walk will take you to MacKenzie Beach. Small islets protect this sandy beach from the pounding surf, making it an ideal place for swimming, family activities or kayak launching. After a 15 minute stroll down the multi-use path you will arrive at the much larger Chesterman's Beach. Enjoy wave jumping, skim boarding, beginners surfing and fabulous sunsets from this very special 3 km sandy paradise.
